How do we use these cards?

Once you have the cards, use them to prompt conversation between you and your partner (or to self-reflect). 

You might do one card a day, or two cards a week. Choose a time that allows you space and time for deep, meaningful engagement (maybe not when the footy is on!).

How do I download these cards?

Click on the button below – DOWNLOAD CARDS. You can then print them out, or simply scroll through them on your phone. 

Can I use these cards on my own?

Yes! Journalling is a great way for self-reflection. Why not write the topic at the top of your page, and jot down your answers.
